Theres two colours to go for black and dark grey,i was thinking black but the grey looks a lot better i think as it suits the dash

what do you lot think ?

just spray it mate...i hate that faux stuff :( spray can get any colour you want and any tone...satin black is great just dont make it shine as it will blind you when sun hits it mate

The dash will need proper high temperature trip glue as it gets seriously hot in the summer. The only neat way is to take the dash out. Should take all of Sunday morning.

TBH if I was going to that much trouble I'd get a proper suede or Alcantara cover made up.

i agree...isnt just a couple of bolts to take the dash out LOL

took me about hour to get it out mate...have to remove all trims (CDplayer, heater controls, heater vents, centre consoles, steering wheel, airbags, fusebox, steering coloum covers, glovebox, clockspring, stalks, power steering motor, speedo, a hell of a lot of wiring ect...) then you can unbolt the dash lmao is bit of pain to fit in aswel as have to get it in at an angel

heres a pic of mine out loads of wires everywhere:

tip is wrap wires with maskin tape and label them best way mate...also label all the nuts bolts and screws in little bags lol you can still drive car whilst dash is out just need to cable tie all loom up so it doesnt come in way...put powersteering motor and steering wheel back on...plug all ECU and ignition wiring back in...plug speedo in and off you go :)

mine finished sprayed sain black looks nice imo:

i aint doing nothing with the dash just the pillars and maybe headliner,do you know how to remove these? do they just clip out?

A pillars: Just clip out

B pillars: Clips and you have to undo the seatbelt and a couple of screws,

C pillars: Think there's some clips, remove seatbelt, remove some screws and you have to separate the speaker bits which are plastic welded on. I just prized them apart carefully with a flat-head screwdriver. They don't need to be glued back together the screws hold it all into place.

Roof lining (without sunroof): remove all things attached to the roof (e.g. handles, sunvisors etc) then you have to cut the glue with a stanley knife carefully so not to bend the roof lining.
(with sunroof): theres no glue to remove, just more things attached to the roof e.g sunroof surround and controls.

oh sorry i just read now that you said earlier your not doiing dash lol

A pillar just pul off mate just on clips slip a flat head screwdriver or butter knife under and gently pull and just pops off matey(y)

B pillar same again just pull away but also unbolt the seatbelt just one bolt iirc

C pillar bit more tricky i still havnt got mine off lol remove all screws then pull out rear speaker...unbolt the top and bottom seatbelt bolts (bottom ones the problem very stiff as it rusts from under car i believe) then pull seatbelt throught and remove trim i believe

Headliner wont come off i tryed mate its glued on remove all trims like visors courtsey light ect...but its glued on in centre and grease the headliner as you pull it down mate(y)
