got my remote central locking kit fitted with no problems, but i was wondering if there is a way of getting it to beep when u lock/unlock it. its fine when ur close to the car to hear the click when the locks work, but if its loud where u are or ur further away u cant hear it click so a beep would be handy to make sure its locked. any ideas?

That'll require a relay as well
I have thought about this too - as it would be nice to Have it Beep/Honk or whatever when the Car is unlocked

i wouldnt put it on the Unlock / lock wire
You'd be better putting it on the Door Position as is
door is locked
Door is Unlocked

So say a door isn't shut - the car will automatically reopen the car
In which case - a Signal to a One Shot Relay system to activate horn would be bettter - as you know the car will be unlocked

To buzz when the lock is operated, wire it in parallel with the locking/unlocking wire. It might need relays.

The remote locking system may already have a pulse output that could do the same job on locking and unlocking.
