Hi, 2003/52 registration fiat punto, When driving, the battery charging light, the oil warning light and the door open warning lights are glowing all the time the engine is on, and stay on for about 30 seconds after the key is removed. Also if you flash the headlights, they stay on full beam and you have to turn ignition off to turn them off. Also the battery keeps going flat, have replaced it two weeks ago, any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

right - Full-beam lights - If you pull the Stick towards you - its a flash
If you push it away - it'll stay on

As for the fault lights
It could be
A - The Alternator isn't charging - the Oil Sensor is saying something is wrong and the door sensor is naff
b - there is a Huge earthing Fauly
c - Software Glitch - it happens from time to time, its different for everyone, Mine was Oil Light and a temperature Guage Reading, take battery terminal off and wait 10 to 20mins, and re-attach, it'll reset it basically

I'd Try B and C first
if B - remove - clean and abrade grease and refit all the main earth connections
Check all the connections are tight and clean as well -like the oil Sensor

OP must have disconnected the battery when renewing it so we can rule out a simple software reset. It does, however, smack of computer related issues. The two computers concerned are the Body Computer, located behind the fuseboard under the driver's dash, and the instrument (dash) control computer (which Fiat calls the NQS for some reason). The BC mainly controls all lighting and has software timers to reduce the number of external parts required. It also monitors lamp currents to be able to signal failures. The dash control computer does just that - controls the dash and all indication (I mean dash lamps, not direction indicators). These two computers are connected to each other via what's known as the CAN-Bus (a simple two wire system). There are other computers on the CAN-Bus as well (e.g. the electric power steering computer).

If looking at wiring diagrams in the Haynes manual, the BC is referred to as a"multi-timer", item 17.

Fault could be an earth issue, I would start at point E3, that is LH inner wing, near fusebox.

You could also remove the BC and inspect connections for corrosion/oxidation. Sometimes just unplugging and re-plugging can do the trick.
