Found the reason my light had condensation in it the back wasn't on properly. The drivers side light which I took apart to see what to do on the difficult other side when the bulb went. As you look from the front at the end under the wing it goues under two black plastic slots, mine would not go under these whatever you do until I pushed & snap! So now its held on with black duck tape the side you can see is fine with the metal clip holding it in place.
Is duck tape safe on the back of headlight unit?
Also under the bulb that I've now replaced is a load of salt type stuff is this from the condensation and causing my bulb to blow?
How much is a whole new unit?
