Styling My 03 active sport punto

Just brought my fiat active sport punto, in silver/grey. Really looking to improve the looks of my car, looks abit naf atm, any ideas on interior and exterior styling that wont cost me on insurance?

paint some trims maybe? de-badge the rear and remove the door bump strips. little things like that shouldnt add to your premiums, BUT check with ur insurer and tell them of all the work u do, no matter how small or superficial u think it is. they LOVE to find anything at all that would get them out of paying out for claims.

Just any ideas what colour coding would cost at a garage? tints on rear 3 windows, you had this done? cost much?

colour coding u can do ur self for around £25 u can do mirrors and handles
tints i had rear 3 windows tinted for £80

but if you went to a cheap enough sprayer it would be about €100, depends on how much you do.
get a pic up of the car and we can give better ideas

The difference between the active sport and the sporting are the sideskirts When I had my active sport I got a pair for £40.00 and fitted them, minimal cost, insurance didn't increase "as they were Fiat parts"

Makes it look a million times better.

Other than that, lower it, tint it, drive it and enjoy it

yeah all sounds good and you can, although will have to budget
and well no offence taken but I prefer it silver, especially as im planning to paint all the plastic bumpers, side strips, handles and mirrors to get rid of the black, the only black that will remain will be the wheels and tints on windows your replies always good

Im noticing when i start up my punto its taking quite a while to kick in, instead of instant when i turn the key, any help on this, how can i make it better and speed it up??

check spark plugs are clean etc. basically give the ignition side of things a good service and make sure ur battery is in good nick.

recently had a new battery, and thanks i will give them a check over

If you've just changed your battery and now your having start-up trouble I'd question the battery. Also check HT leads, spark plugs, alternator.

does it turn over well still? if it does its more likely something to do with the spark.

it turns over, it just sounds to me like it isnt doing it as quick as it should really
