Hello,
I recently bought a new clutch and had it installed. I drove it for around 2 days and then i heard a loud crunching and bang noise then there was no gears. Reverse worked enough so i could park it but then it made a bang and then didn't work at all. I'm wondering if the guy who installed the new clutch didn't bleed it. If this is so, how would i do it and what would i need?
Thanks

If the slave cylinder is faulty, usually reverse is the hardest to get, plus you'd only get grinding while trying to select gears- not while cruising along.

Does the clutch pedal feel normal?
Can you select gears with the engine off?
