Hi, i think this is the correct place to upload images and ideas for my car. I have a 2001 Fiat Punto Go model that have had for about a year now. I have done a few things to it such as tinted windows full sound system including Alpine head unit, Hertz speakers and Herts sub. I also had a go at sticker bombing the central dash which i think came out okay.

My plans for the car is too get some new alloys as soon as possible looking at deep dish to get the euro look and also to lower it on FK coilovers.

I am lost on which alloys to get that will suit the light blue car, i shall try to get pictures up. I have looked at Cades Eros, Borbet, Keskin and many other euro styles and also size... i.e. 15 or 16.

Anyway hope i have placed this in the right place.

I was thinking of tinting the lights, is it illegal and how do i go about doing it? Looking at wheels and intrested in the euro style but finding it hard to find any wheels i like.

Looked at BSX wheels and ATS Cups but not too sure atm. Maybe with christmas coming round the corner i shall get some new wheels.

Also have to say Benny, love the colour of yours!

thanks mate,the light tints is legal have a look on thread and u'll c ive done mine, just dnt spary over the reflectors at the bottom of the lights or ull fail ur mot. to tint ur light u just need to buy some tail light tint spray

But only if you have no life outside cleaning the car.
Dirty white wheels look rubbish and they can stain very quickly.

Yeah i can see that being a problem, dont really want grubby looking wheels, quite interested in BSX alloys and also ATS Cups but cant seem to find any punto's that have had this done, was even tempted to go steelies but black steelies just dont look right.
And i'll have a look at your car for ideas on tinting my lights

have a search for vinny (i think hes on here ) im sure he has ats cups,Banded steels look cool and im sure theres some on ebay atm

I love that car, have seen it on google images and wondered if he had a car profile. This has confinced me that white wheels do look amazing! Going to hunt like crazy for some banded steelies!

I had a search for "Vinny" but cant find him anywhere on the forum and i'd love to know what ATS's look like on a Punto, if i link is about that would be perfect!

also theres some banded steels on ebay in like an orange colour that you could get resprayed

I have to say the ATS's are a bit of a let down now seeing them on "Vinny's" car. They just look wrong some how.

Beautiful car! That orange euro punto, i'm not a fan of that low, just isnt pratical but the wheels go with it perfectly, i'm thinking its between a set of BSX's or Steelies.

Thanks for all your help guys! Keep the ideas coming and thinking of an alfa cream leather interior but the only problem is the dash etc and door cards are black so might just save myself time and money and get black leather.

Fiatpuntomk2b, i have just been looking on wheel-whores and on ebay but cant seem to find these orange banded steelies. I have found a website that will do them for me but i have 14" steelies and obviously would look silly and would much prefer to buy 15". As usual means big bucks including having to buy new tyres. Will keep looking.

I'm just wondering does anyone know how wide wheels you can get on a punto with spacers etc, without cutting away at stuff?

it depends how low you go mate,so on another site are quite low and they have 25mm spacers,so i think you could probs go bigger but i would reccommend it

Going to get FK silverline coilovers when i get paid.

So do you reckon you can get up to 8J on the car or is it a big push, seen someone with 9.5J Keskins on, but dont know if that involves cutting away a lot of body.

iirc you can fit 8 j if you have the arches rolled,cut a little bit off the inside of the rear bumper (all out of sight) and maybe take out/cut a little of the arch liners

Thats cool would get them to fit in the end.

Did you say you found some orange banded steelies on eBay?

i did mate but i duno where there have gone

but if you search on ebay for 4x100 banded steels and then you can use wobbly bolts

tbf you could probably get your own steel wheels banded for the price some of them are asking
