Hi guys,

I have a P reg Punto 55sx. Just wondering what type of speakers has anyone used in the dashboard. I know the speakers are 8.5cm, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations of any good speakers and websites. Plus how easy are the speakers to change as im a complete novice, when it comes to car speakers.

I have some SPLX 80W ones, only problem you have to watch for is the depth of the magnet. I made this mistake and mine dont fit, they stick out of the dash. and i threw the old ones away.

So planning to buy som that do fit and cover them my self.

oh, forgot to ask if the 80W speakers made much of a difference compared to the originals

i bought some pioneer speakers for my dash they are specificly for the punto they say on the box pioneer speakers for fiat punto they cost me £35 and they are well better than standard hope this helps (and they fit a treat)

I bought some 70w for my ols car 55SX, they were good and could go loud, but still sounded crap. So I added a sub woofer and it sounded Brilliant.
