.... i get a grinding metalic noise when turning
right, but only when its nearly locked all the
way. any ideas? punto 1.2 8v V plate

also while im here , which is the right
break fluid for this motor.

DOT 4 fluid. Difficult to say on the grinding front. Is the ARB centred?

See if you can work out what's rubbing.

You've probably bent the disc backplate in towards the disc when fitting the wishbone (usually at the bottom). Just get a screwdriver in there and lever it slightly away.
