Problems 1-

Central Locking
I put a Right Click Kit In on My Punto (2000 'X')
It works fine
except its now playing this game where i Unlock the Car and i come to pull handle, the handle feels stiff at a certain Point and then the car will relock itself on its own
As a result i have to relock car and reopen it - But it sometimes on 2nd attempt it wont let me get in....
It happens when its cold outside and when it was warm, Am i looking at an actuator fault here?

Problem No2-
This one is bugging me loads, I never had a problem with Air in the Radiator system, i did a flush when anti-freeze was changed, Not a problem, Bled up nicely No problems, but i started to hear water rushing around (a couple of weeks later) when i first start the engine up and give it a little rev, can take upto a Mile for the Rushing water to settle down, but once its settled its fine
I've Bled and Bled and Bled the System Many different Times, and yet again the problem still exists, There are No signs of leaks, I'm not Loosing Fluid / Not Gaining any, And No Bubbles forming when engine is running in expansion area
Car Gets upto Temperature fine and Fan works fine too
So car is keeping cool, but i still cant seem to get it to stop rushing water around
I've tried Over Filling Rad and let it bleed out - and I dont get any air out there, I'm Stumped honestly

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated

If a Pipe was blocked i'd surly get overheating problems

Anyway - I've got free pipes, as i've bled i've been Squeezing them and the water level does changed yes

You WILL get overheating problems if you use the car with bubbles in the coolant.

Take off the throttle body heater hose and open the vents on radiator and by the heater at back of engine. Fill the coolant tank almost to the top leaving space for the vent pipe to vent into. Close the TB hose, rad vent and heater pipes vent in that order. If it is still getting too hot after that it may be the thermostat stuck shut.

I run my coolant about 20mm above the max line and its been fine for 12 moths

When you say Throttle Body Hose, do you mean the Hose that goes via the Temperature Guage
As i there aren't any other pipes near the Throttle body itself

Thermostat is working fine, I'm Not overheating OR running too cold

The throttle body (TB) has a small hose that runs coolant through to stop the TB icing up in cold damp weather. It comes off the thermostat housing.

If the engine is losing coolant but there is no visible leak its probably the head gasket blown when the coolant level dropped too far.
Get the coolant tested for exhaust gases Any gas = blown HG.
Whatever happens, flush the radiator system with flushing chemical. It may uncover a rad (or other) leak but better to know and repair the leak than blow the engine (again).

I'm Not loosing water Just cant see to remove trapped air from where ever it is
Also I have followed the Heater Hoses, i've Definatly NOT got a hose going the Throttle Body, Unless its hidden and i cant see it even with Air Box off

And i cant see Bubbles in the radiator so i'd be fair to say i dont think HG has gone, i've not had any Other signs of HG
