I've noticed a slight knocking noise coming from front wheels when i turn left or right, does any one have any idea what could be causing it?? any help and advice would be appreciated.

I used to have a knocking sound that occured when turning sharp left a bit too quick, it also occured when lifting off at about 60-70mph. I've just had the car lowered though and so far I have not had any more knocking at all.

It may be that it is the top of the suspension arms that is causing the knocking due to the weight being lifted off as you turn sharply.

What does the OP mean by knocking and when does it happen?
Full lock in a car park?
Normal cornering?
Smooth road or rough road?
Noise with brakes on or brakes off?
What speed?

normal road, normal cornering, turning in to street etc etc

Check the exhaust isnt banging on the floor. If that's fine, get the suspension and wheel bearings checked out by a garage.
