Hi,

having a small problem install a push start button. on the istructions i have here it tells me i need to find the 2 wires going from the ignition switch to the starter motor solenoid. Thier are about 9 or 10 wires coming from the ignition switch and i cant tell which two are going to the start solenoid.

does anyone have a picture or a know the colour of the 2 wires i need?

their are two blocks of wires going into the the barrel. I took one block out and tried the engine. Nothing happened AT ALL. no power no nothing. i put that block back in and tried the other block. i had power and tried to start the engine and it was turning over but just wasn't starting properly.

so i think its got to be the first set of wires i took out and it that i have a ORANGE, BROWN AND RED WIRE. does anyone know which one's go to the solenoid?
