Hey .... i am wondering what the machanical word is for the part/s i need for my door!!! ... someone i know is going to try and fix it so i need to ring up the scrap yards 2moz for them but dnt want to sound blond and not knw anything ... he thinks without dismantaling my door that either the cable from the door button to the handle has snapped or the handle inside to the handle outside ... sorry if this is confusing!!! but what are the attual name of these parts!!! ha

the metal bar that attaches to the metal wire going to the handle sits along the top of the lock and it held in place with a plastic peg (pushes into a hole on the lock) if the plastic peg comes out the metal bar will fall off, leaving the handle not working.

Have a look in the bottom of the door to see if its there.
