If you've got noisy wipers you've probably read this guide as to why it happens and how to replace the motor:

...but if the motor is working fine and is just a bit noisy, why replace? Why not just fix it....
The cause of the noise, in my case at least, is the motor shaft bearing - which you can get for as little as £1.50 delivered on ebay!
The dimensions of the bearing are 8mm ID, 22mm OD, 7mm thickness (8x22x7). The bearing is made by SKF and is a "608" bearing, part number 608-2Z.
Now, if you search for that exact bearing on eBay, you may not turn anything up but if you search for a "608 bearing" any of them should be fine so long as it has the same dimensions as above. Also worth noting, the original bearing is metal shielded, a lot of the ones you will see are plastic shielded skateboard bearings.

Once you've stripped the motor down, you may find it quite rusty inside - a Dremel style rotary tool with a wire brush attachment is very handy here!
As for fitting the bearing, well, I've not got that far yet, only just ordered mine but either it's pressed on or it's rusted solid - I'll update when I find out! It has two circlips either side, so hopefully it's just rusted on!
