Anyone in Hampshire (Nr Southampton) have a VAGCOM/KKL cable that works? (& software)

Hi All

After buying a VAGCOM cable and downloading the FiatECUScan software it appears that either the cable, the software settings or the car OBD socket isn't working as it should :bang:

I am pretty certain (99%) that I have the software setup correctly but without knowing if the cable is at fault it is impossible to say?
My next step is to replace the cable but before I send it back I wondered if anyone local, who has a known working cable (and software on laptop?) could entertain me and my car, either at theirs or mine?

I have discovered that the EML LED has been prised off, and the car has no accelaration what so ever so I think it is fair to assume that, if the EML was in place it would more than likely be glowing!?!
I think (with the help of some guys on here ) that either the turbo is at fault or possibly the MAP or even something else???

Can anyone local help me out?

I live birmingham with a full working ELM OBD cable and box, and working software that ive used on numerous occasions.. dunno if im close to you or not tho,

Soulz...you're a star mate but B'ham is about 100 miles away from me

BUT - I'll be travelling close to you within the next few weeks (M40/M42/M6) so if possible, if it's still ok with you, I may pop in and see if we can sus this car of mine out?!!?

I shall be in touch closer to the time

In the meantime - is there anyone closer that could help?
