Hi all, I thought I wrote this earlier but the post did not work.

My wife has a 04 reg Punto with a wet passenger footwell, water runs in from the ac after about 10mins (just when the ac defrosts) I think it comes back from the outlet pipe, with the crap little rubber thing on it.

Has any one had the same sort of problems? Do Fiat sell an up grade kit to sort the problem out?

There should be a drain pipe to take the condensation away. Probably blocked up with fluff.

cut flap off outlet pipe at bulkhead & make sure pipe is sticking through bulkhead as people with big feet kick it.

I thought the rubber thing was not letting the water drain out, is this a common problem?

it gets blocked at the very end, have a look and take picture if possible.

I suspect that I am having this problem - a guy with very long feets was a passenger with me for few hundred kilometers, and ever since I have water drops in the passenger footwell when the AC is on.
Can you please explain a little bit more about this problem and how to fix it?
