so im thinking of modding it slightly jus to get better bhp and to sound a little better.

i agree get a k&n one, was gonna sell my k&n for a focus induction kit cos everyone on this forum said it sound better and gives more performance, but then i heard my mates punto 1.2l 8v like mine with a focue induction and it sounded sh*t tbh, just sounded rattly and not as loud, deep or throaty as my k&n and i get a little tiiish noise wen i let go of the revs with k&n didnt get that with my mate focus kit, and yes he did put it on right.

probably better off giving the engine a good service and in any case you will have to inform your insurance company of the modification and they may up the premium.....

You've got the same problem I had, I bought a Focus kit 2nd hand from a member here and my Sei's throttle body is exactly the same as that. My solution? Acquire a 'bob' from an 899cc Cinq (there's one in the classified I think) and various other parts to connect and you'll end up with something like this:

ite cheers for that, so im going to need to buy a 'bob' for a cinq 899 cc and then that will fit ontop of the picture i posted? then i can add some more piping to connect it?
