whats the chance of lowering my '02 Punto Mia? Ive already got 17's on it so will i need mods or can i get away with spacers[?] Also does anyone know anywhere in birmingham (or near there) where i could get my bumpers, sideskirts and spoiler sprayed for a reasonable price[?]

The correct spacers and good arch liners will see you down to about -40mm (no passengers in the back) with no problems.
Can't help you with a body shop though. Best thing to do is to go to a local cruise and get recommendations from other people.

I've got a mk1 punto but my mates got a mk2 he's running 17's he's lowered it 45mm at the front and 35mm at the back its a little close but there's no rubbing even with fat bastards in the back
