Hi I have searched the forums Not much info.

I have had a customer come into the garage. She has informed me that the passenger window has never worked.
The drivers window now has stopped working luckly both are stuck in the up position.

Both are electic windows.

There is no power at the door connection.
there is no power at the switch at all
and theres no power at the motor DOH
all the fuses under the steering wheel are fine, I have checked them all.

I have not checked all the fuses in the glove box, I cant find any info on the autodata system about fuses of relays on the mk1 or the mk2 and the wiring is not the same on the face lifted mk3.

Can somone tell me where the relay is for the electic windows?
and which fuses may be at fault. I have also removed and checked all the fuses under the bonnet and the dash, as well as the three relays.

Thanks, this young lady smokes and is sick of haveing no window to remove the smoke from the car. and yes i have told her to stop smoking. but thats not an option.

Which relay is it, my boxes etc dont have any numbers printed on them. same with the fuse boxes.

the only relays i have found are the three under the dash, drivers side.
