So I've bought a V reg Punto Sporting with a Parrott system installed, since I new I wouldn't be using it I took it out and flogged it but when I was disconnecting it (ignition and 12v wires underneath the steering wheel as well as speaker wires behind the clocks and radio) since then my airbag light on the dashboard has lit up and won't go away.

Mine has only the driver airbag and I've looked underneath the seat and I can't find any socket that could need readjusting or anything like that.

Any advice of how to get rid of the light would be most helpful.
