Greetings,

Need to clean the EGR follow guide at Thread 123348702 on the grade punto forum.

I having problems figuring out where the EGR bottom pipe goes to on my model with a 1.9JTD 80BHP W Reg.

It appear to go behind the turbo and disappears. Do you get access from removing other bit of engine/ from the bottom from the top. Any pictures or instruction would be warmly welcome.

rather than clean it just blank the inlet manifold side with some stainless steel plate; better performance and an extra 2-3 mpg

Sorry to revive this thread but i am having same problem.
It is difficult to remove two bolts under the egr valve and pipe that is connected to it is all from one piece and it is not hard rubber it looks like its is some kind of steel pipe since it barely move.

Any advice?
