It says KM/hr on the speedo still, just smaller numbers
Sensor used is the same and needle travels same distance its simply the background the needle is against that reads the speed.

I asked how to change the background, as I want the Kilo's predominant. The car will be used in France.

I have no idea what "scrappers from Europe" means, I'm taking this car with me to France.

Well normal speedo still shows KM/hr its just smaller numbers on it.
And a scrap yard in europe is what I meant, order it for when you get there or have it delivered to you here

Have you checked all the requirements for importing a car to France?

When you add the insurance implications of a RHD car will it not be easier and cheaper to sell your UK car in the UK and buy a french car in France?
