Can anyone help me locating the pollen filter on my Fiat Punto 1.9 JTD and also pictures on how to change it.

I have searched for weeks and have followed previous threads to try and locate it but have been so unsuccessful, its unreal!

Its not under the wiper mechanism (Scuttle), and I've looked down around the passenger footwell.

I have contacted Fiat themselves but they were unable to help

I was about to say look under the passenger side of the dash but I think you've already tried that. If mines the same the Haynes suggests its below the glove box I seem to remember reading

Thanks for that, Do you know how to remove the cover? I can't see any retaining screws

Sorry to bother folks but been trying for a couple of days; think I have found the cover but have no idea how to remove, can't see no screws and brute strength isn't working either; HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hi mate,

In the passenger foot well, remove the two push fit platic clips that hold the carpet trim underneath the glove box. The carept will then pull down revealing the fan motor, and just to the right of it, the pollen filter housing. Its a long rectangular flap, and has two Philips screws securing it at opposite corners. Remove the two screws, and the flap will just pop off. The pollen filter can then be pulled down from inside the housing and replaced.
