Does anyone know if somewhere "overhauls" your car? meaning sorting out bumps dents scuffs rust spots and wheels etc around the oxfordshire area?????

any local bodyshop could sort all that ....

Depends, you can overhaul an engine, what are they refering to?

Bumps & dents - bodyshop. Rust spots do yourself with a spot gritblaster gun. Then touch up with a rust converter and zinc-based car body primer. Make sure you get into all the nooks & crannies or the rust will come back. Sometimes its a no hoper and replacing panels can be an easier and cheaper option.

When you are happy with the (hopefully) ex rusty bits, take the car to have the dents sorted and repaint the lot.
