I have a problem with my windscreen wipers, they have stopped working, the back one works but the front wont. I had this problem the other week when the back one wouldnt work for a few days, i left it and they worked again. Now my front ones have gone, when you put the wipers on the motor makes a noise (if this makes sense) I'm thinkin it could be where its been really cold and have had a few bad frosts and that the motor is frosted.......

Either the blades are stuck to the screen or the mechanism has failed. Pop it out, take a look.

As said though, most probably the linkage has fallen off. Many fixes tbh:
Proper fix - new linkage from fiat or Wipex.

Cheap fix - Cable ties etc.
