General QUICK QUESTION HELP!:d

Ok, so call me a nob all you want but heres my story.

Just been out with my friend, in a car each. yeh its proper snoy and icey.. anyway, we said meet at the complex carpark, we met behind the cinema and there was no cars at all, i saw him behind me and thought it would be funny to do a handbrake turn to face him , i did it and drove next to him then we hear some guy over the tannoy say "Please be aware your images are being recorded and any activites will be reported to authorities"

We then said go to KFC, its on the same complex... we just pulled up to each other in the empty car park and talked, they then did another announcement after we talked for about 10 minutes saying, something about Dangerous driving or something, didnt really hear.

Am i gonna get a fine or points or something in the post, proper worried now as im 18 already with 3 points :/

If i was to get something you think i could appeal and say i turn to park and pressed the accelerator instead of the brake and i turned round lol ?

Im a ****bag, advice please lol

The law changed a few years ago to include private property within the remit of Road Traffic Act, for exactly this reason.

It all depends on what mood the local plod are in.

Well the roads are terrible down here so i hope they will think cbaa, will i get points? Isnt it under S59 which is a warning ?

Technically they can S59 you which would be a warning (if its your first s59) but I think it could also be classed as dangerous driving so you could get prosecuted for that, which can include a fine/imprisonment.

I highly doubt you would get imprisoned too, but dangerous driving can result in imprisonment.
Just learn from the experience.

Have done, we were sitting their waiting for the people who said it to come out their little warm offices and care to explain what was so wrong. Guess their only doing there job

may mate was doing something similar but he didnt know he as getting filmed.. all he got was a warning.

i wouldnt worry about it.. but if you get 2 section 59s in 1 year you get your car taken from you
