what do i do to it do i paint it or cover it with something

You can get the black pre-cut vinyl from Fiat for about £7 each if I'm remembering correctly. I'd get somebody who knows what they are doing to fit it though.

Unless you already have them and want to get rid? Heat and some glue removal should sort it, prolly a guide on here somewhere.

also why do u say get someone who know what they are doing is it hard to fit ?

I've had 2 sets applied because of the old ones fading, watched the bodyshop guy do one set and I'm fairly certain I wouldn't have got it looking anywhere near as good.
