Hey guy's really am P****d off!

About 2 months ago my 3rd gear decided to give up so whenever i lift my foot off the clutch to engage the gear it crunches and wont go in. Well. . . . .Over the weekend it decided to pack up all together at first it was rammed in 1st gear and i litrally had to force it out, After that it went fine again but later that night it packed in completly i cannot pysicaly put it in 1st or 5th. It wont go into 3rd without crunching as before, But i can pull off in 4th. The AA man picked my car up on the flatbed he got in my car and it went in to 1st noproblem aparently and he just drove it on( My mate sorted my car out for me). I thought it may have been the thrust bearing as i could hear it on its way out for a feiw months now. I have been told that it couldnt be the clutch and that its either the gearbox or mass flywheel?

Dose anybody have any ideas, So i can expect the worse?

Was the gearbox oil level OK 2 months ago and is it OK now?

The release bearing has been moaning for a while so regardless of anything else, you need a new clutch. Is the clutch action heavy?

Who knows about the gearbox.

Hopefully you didnt smash anything trying to force it into gear without matching the revs.
