basicly what exactly does the wiring loom include? is it just for the engine or the whole car? i know what it is but just dont know what it includes..

Depending on manufacturer, the wiring loom is supplied as several different sections that plug together. There's usually sections for the engine bay, dashboard, left side body, right side body and boot.

ok well obviously its a fiat .. its the mk1 punto and a GT loom .. basicly if i buy one from ebay do you think it will include everything ?

Modern Fiat wiring looms are made in sections. You would need to confirm with the seller that the loom is complete.
