i currently have a mk2 x reg 1.2 sporting, was loosing oil and coolant so had head gasket done. Now have the problem of misfire, changed plugs leads and had to put new battery on. Thinking of taking injectors out to clean them up but not sure if it wil solve the problem. Not got a clue about these engines so need all the help i can get, anbody got any ideas?????

These engines are the same as any other engine, they all go 'suck, queeze, bang and blow'

Have you got a management light on?

right just had injectors out and they all seemed fine clean them all up neway though. what do i go to next ignition coil pack?

Unlikely to be coil pack as the O2 sensor would be objecting to unburnt fuel.

Does it do it when cold?
