Hello me again :)

I bought my Punto a week ago, since then i have had the cambelt changed, (kit), water pump, spark plugs, leads, oil filter & air filter.

The leads and plugs made a great difference but it still does not start right. Like this morning it seemed to fire on three cyclinders (my bf said) well it seemed like it was going to cut out if I hadn't have revved it

I would like to get my Sporting running as nice as possible so can anyone think of what else needs changing?

Thanks for your help :)

Get your BF to check the cam belt timing marks are spot on.
If it is one tooth out the car will run pants.
If it is correct it should purr like a kitten.:)

My Mechanic said when he replaced the cambelt whoever done it before hadn't timed it correctly and that he has now done it spot on, he borrowed the tools to do it or something?
