I hope someone can help. I have a punto 1.1 55s and have an intemittent heater problem. When the car starts the heater warms up slowly and pumps out sufficient heat. After about 10 minutes and the engine is warm it starts to blow cold air only and I can do nothing to get warm air again.

There are no other problems and the car drives fine with no overtemp.

When the engine is left to cool and restarted the cycle starts again.

I have checked the coolant level and all looks normal

I Baffled!

any ideas anyone?

yeah sounds like air lock drain an refill coolent as described in haynes manual,
