Right basically ive noticed than when i full lock my wheel to the right and turn there seems to be a really loud clicking sound coming from the wheel or somewhere in that region. Its been happening on the old original wheels and also on my new ones. The drive isnt affected by this but when its clicking it feels as if the wheel will fall off. Anyone know what this problem is?

If it sounds really close like inside the car it is probably the trim which goes down on the right from the center console back- you need to push the clip holding it back in place.

It could be knocking actually and it sounds more outside of the car than inside

I'd say CV joints.

What would i need to do to sort this problem out if it is the CV joints? Is this damaging my car at all?

It does sound like a CV joint. If the joint goes then you won't have any drive and the driveshaft will knock lumps out of whatever it hits against as it spins.

Sure the wheels aren't knocking some mudflaps? I got some scissors on mine which seemed to solve some rather worrying noices when turning!!
