finally find out that my fan is not working to cool the rad down.
i tested it via shorting the switch cable and seems like it hadn't run in years.
if fuse is blown what could of caused it cos you have to fix the problem of course. new sensor/switch?
i'm going to check if the fuse is blown now!

if fuse is blown its probably down to seized/damaged rad fan

even if it works by checking it...?

The fuses are fine, i checked all of them in the fuse box.
it's surely the sensor now right?

Engine warmed up but no hot air inside cabin when on hottest setting....

Ran it for quite some time and still ice cold.
Rad is very hot aswell.
what is wrong?
the cooling system is like 4.3l and i only put like 3 or somethig in, is there a major blockage in the heater?

is the outlet pipe from the heater matrix not as hot as the inlet? if so you will have an air lock in your heater matrix, i had the same problem when i did my coolant. i took of the two pipes on the bulkhead, filled it from the hosepipe and put the pipes back on quick before it all comes out again. its been fine since, its just cos the hot water isnt getting through the internal radiator.

I see what you mean mate, do you mean the outlet is the pipe with a bleed screw on it? )near the back of throttle body and manifold) if so, yeah it is not warm at all.
what is the bulkhead? and which two pipes...?
