anyone know how to get off the black smoked paint that is put on rear tail lights, got told today that it is illegal, but more importantly it will fail an MOT!!. will just thinners removed it or is it not removable?

thiners will remove it. aslong as you have 2 reflectors it should pass you can get some stick on ones for the mot

Good old reflectors will help your MOT problem...or you could just borrow some clear lights for the test (not, of course, that I would suggest you do that! )

whats the chances of the cops pullin me for it, and if they do what will they do?
