My clutch is not slipping but it judders on take off, if I give it plenty of revs it moves off slowly, I had a new clutch about 20,000 miles ago.
Am I ready for a new one or is this something else?

Start investing in a new clutch, my clutch was doing this for 3 weeks and yesterday my clutch started screeching. Took it to the garage today, clutch release bearing is gone will cost £200 for parts + labour.

I think you are right, I will start with a new clutch at least I will know for definate that there lies thae problem

i could think of a few things that could cause judder, its most likely going to be the release bearing. but when you take the clutch off have a good look if you can see what part of it was failing and why.
if its realese bearing it could just be worn out or it could be a sticking clutch cable or not enough preload on the bearing.
and have a look at the friction material for signs of contamination from oil and grease.
also buy a clutch kit and if your planning on keeping the car buy a new one not reconditioned.

---edit---
ive written this asif you will be doing it yourself! sorry if your not!

Yes I am doing it myself and I would like to know if there is a make of clutch assembly that is recommended, I would normally go to my local motor factors but I reckon he will tell me the one he supplies is the best.
The original clutch never had this judder, I had a new clutch fitted when I had the gearbox changed at about 28,000 miles. I did not have any clutch problem then but the garage convinced me it was wise to change the clutch at the same time.
