Hi guys,

Finally got myself some sporting side skirts but im now stuck! How do you fit them?

Theres clips along the inner side of them but i dont get how they are attached?Any help much appreciated!!

Cheers

use stuff called sikaflex (available from member "body stylist")and 2 screws at either end to secure them on. while waiting on the stuff to set, it's probably best to mask them to the car just incase they slip or something.

OK, you'll need to remove all the white plastic spikes from both skirts.

They just slide out.

Then you'll need to place them against the vehicle and you've got two choices.

Bond them or screw them.

I've screwed mine on cause you're gonna need some serious patience and a decent dry area to bond them properly.

Just make sure you treat any holes with anti-rust liquid to stop it from looking a mess 2 years later....

I had to drill a hole in each wing (as per on the Sporting) and then there were about 6 screws which screw into the underside (no drilling in my case).

I think i'll go with a bonding agent then!!

Try and get um on at the weekend if the weather holds out!!

Cheers chaps, most appreciated!I think i might get a haynes manual as well while im at it!!! :)
