Talking punto fuel cap cover

does any one know where i can a proper racing style fuel cap cover not the sticky on ones, has anyone fitted them are they a pain in the ass? how much would they set me back
also i need to change the front wipers on my mk1 punto and cant find any tape measure what size are they? cheers

u can get an aero fuel cap for about £99 they r the ones used on the proper race cars and super cars only problem is u need to get ur rear panel re sprayed after it has been fitted n that will b pricey!
go to www.fastfiat.com they sell them on there!

£99 wow i think i will just be getting a sticky on one lol
has anyone got the punto max power book thats in halfords i seen it in there today but it was sealed up £20 seams a bit steep like.

what ever you do dont get a stick on one they so naff the big wiper is 22" cant remember other one

i got the punto book, its quite good, got it for £18 on ebay

I thought mk1 puntos had fuel 'flap' things and not caps anyway?

yeah they do but with that aero fuel cap u get a cap instead of a flap so loads of work needs doin ill post a pick up in a bit!

Thats gonna cost hundreds cos after buying the kit and fitting it, you'l be needing the rear quarter resprayed to blend it into the bodywork.

your right plus the last one i saw had sunk then had to be re done very tricky to get right

would be more worth getting it relocated to the door shut or similar
