Interior Lights & Boot Light

I recently took my MK1 V reg Punto to the garage as my battery would drain atfter 4 days. On their second attempt they decided the radio was draining the battery even when switched off so rewired it to go off with the ignition. However since then my interior lights and boot light no longer come on and the normal switch above the clock does not turn them on either. The only light that works is the reading light.

Any suggestions to direct me to an unknown switch that may have been flicked or anything that may turn my lights back on as this is a pain at night as I cannot see anything!

Thanks =]

Haha, I amended it as I hadn't worded it right as I did not rewire it myself :p I wouldn't have a clue where to start :S The garage got a specialist in to do it as well, surely he wouldn't of made such a stupid mistake? Soo annoying, just as my car was getting fixed another problem arises typical!

would it be too difficult to look at myself? i'm alright with cars if i know what im doing, i fixed my electric windows although that wasnt too difficult

Hi,
The interior lights and radio are on the same fuse. is a 10amp at the bottom of the fuse box, 3rd one from left, if I remember correctly. check this 1st, and ensure that the old live feed radio wire, where its been chopped at the head unit end that is tape'd off. ;)

hope this helps.
