Technical egr problems

hi lads after having problems with turbo not kicking in i have replaced boost valve for new one no diff then replaced egr valve for new one 80 pounds from fiat car starts no prob ticks over ok but engine management light now on and hardley any pulling power have already checked pipes for crscks all seem ok just about had enough can anyone help thanks gary
