Technical Punto Mk2b 1.4 16v sporting

Hey peeps,

Am just woundering are there any possible brake upgrades for the punto mk2b 1.4 sporting??

Like the cinq they have the punto GT front caliper as a direct swap upgrade.

IS there something like this for the puntos mk2b 1.4 sporting?

GT brakes will fit. HGT's should also fit but some say they don't.

When I measured up they looked like they would though.

does anyone know the diameter of the standard disc for the 1.4 sporting and the size of the hgt disc ???

not sure if the gt being different or not is true either

Well I'm 100% sure GT/HGT/Bravo/Brave discs are 247mm as I've owned them in the past, and I'm 99% sure 1.4 16v's are 240mm as I have a set of them too.

1.2 16v's are 247mm solid and 1.2 8v's are 240mm solid iirc

I just got a set of 240 vented off a 1.4 so unless there was a change at some point I don't know why they're listed as the same.
