hi guys ive got a mk2 punto and my passenger side electric window has jammed as i had it down today and it wont go up the button seems like it is not working any advice for me please?

check the fuse, if it is not fully down try the button and pulling it simultaniously

failing that, take the door card off and check its not jammed/twisted and test the motor

I've had the exact same problem. Passenger side and everything. Except my car is left side drive.

It was stuck, but drivers side still worked, I just assumed they use the same fuse(dunno about this, but would be logical), got on the phone and got a new motor assembly the next day. £65

Its an easy job to replace, just need a screwdriver and a torx set.

i had same problem on my drivers side window.went to scrappies and replaced the buttons and its been good ever since.

thanks guys for the advice its ended up in my local garage that i use for everything and looks like its a new motor they have told me so im waiting on the part to come in and be replaced

just rang the garage and they have told me that the window is up but it may need some electrical circuit that could cost a fortune any ideas what this could be??
