Ok this may sound like a dumb question and I can't be bothered to trawl through the manuals or ask someone so I thought I'd ask here...

I have an MK2 Punto, how do you use the windscreen washer (which sprays fluid onto the screen and then wipes it clean), i.e. what lever do you press?
I fiddled around with it the other day but couldn't work it out, also does the windscreen washer work on the rear wiper, too?

I know it sounds dumb but I'm too tired to trawl through manuals as I say!

Pull the stork towards you for front screen & push back towards dash for rear.

I tried that several times and it failed! I'll try again tommorow, maybe I wasn't doing something quite right!

Also the rear wiper blade might need replacing, does anyone know where I could get a cheap one from? Are they all standard and just the blade just clips onto the wiper mechanism?

Just buy any cheap blade from tescos, about a quid, and take off the blade and cut it to size, then slide in on the arm

This has been the only clever thing i've done myself without a guide lol, even though its simple

When you pull the stalk (with the engine on) you should hear the pump buzz faintly. Is there fluid in the washer bottle?
