Looking at getting a new exhaust tip from halfords, don't really like the pea shooter style of my exhaust lol! Wot diameter should I be looking at buying? Installing on a punto mk1 1.2

I agree, they too look a bit tacky imo, although Ive been there and done that!
All you need to do is measure the diameter of your exhaust tip and match it to one at Halfords! easy!

They look a pile of crap, those crap tail-ends poking out underneath the bumper
You can get a universal backbox on ebay etc for not much if you can't afford a full powerflow one like me

I don't want the sound? I just don't want some rusty pee-shooter sticking out of the back of my car, surely a stainless steel one would look a lot better!

If it can fit tight to the rear silencer so it does not look obviously like a tip it should look a lot better.

If it cant and you can see where it joins, thats when they look tacky.
