If I were to buy mk2b parts such as front bumper, rear bumper, bonnet. Would they fit on to the punto mk2?

rear yes (as long as it off car with same anount of doors) front no, bonnet no

Yes they should do,

for the bumpers they should do aslong as taken from the same number of doored car as puttin on. i.e 3dr bumpers for 3dr n 5dr to 5dr


but front bumpers do fit either, so jus back bumper to watch out for due to having different back ends

to make the front into a mk2b (alough dont know why you would want to they ugly comapered to a mk2a) you would need to change slam pannel and wings too
