The water is ceased to come out of my window washers. I have checked the fuses and if there is any blockages but they still arent working!

I have looked in the book and it said sometimes when used in icy conditions they need to be reset by a fiat dealer?

This can be an issue on older cars.
Firstly does the pump motor run - get someone to operate the lever while you listen around the near-side front wing where the reservoir is located. If it does - it could and is likely to be a failed one-way valve. On a mark one, on the other side of the bonnet see where one pipe gets joined to two for the jets - by a little junction (which also is the before mentioned valve). Take the pipe off the inlet to it. Does it pump water now? The valve can be repaired or replaced with just a T junction or get the part from a dealer (about £1 if I remember correctly).
