Do Mk1 sporting pads and disks fit a Mk2 sporting?

As above really, red dot have them as the same model number and my mechanic friend cant be sure.

from what i can work out from ebc's catalouge yes the pads will but they wont fit the mk2b sporting.and yeah just looked at disc catalouge and they are same product number size and diameter. check for yourself at http://www.ebcbrakes.com/catalogues.html
