Apologies in advance if this has been asked before! How do you remove the passenger side headlight on a Mk2 Punto? Any help appreciated

Hi mate, and WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!

Technically you need to remove the front bumper, however you can get away with doing as follows:

Undo the two torx bolts at the top centre of the bumper (with the bonnet up, either side of the headlights)
On the passenger side, unod the 2 x 10mm bolts that secure the bumper to the wing (you get at them by looking in the wheel arch where the bumper meets the wing.
Undo the 2 x 10mm bolts at the top of the headlight
Undo the 1x 10mm bolt on the front of the headlight
Pull the bumper forwards slightly and pull headlight out
Disconnect the wiring multi-plug at the rear of the headlight

Job done.
