bit of a numpty question i know,

can any of you kind souls out there show/describe where the engine earthing strap is on a 2000 JTD Punto mk2

I cant for the life of me find it

Hi mate.

Its at the rear of the gearbox. Difficalt to see from the top with the battery and tray still in place, but if you follow the earth wire from the battery to where it joins the chassis leg, and then follow the wire from there that goes towards the gearbox, will help you find it easier.
