Washer pipe has snapped....

Hi everyone.

My parter kept telling me her washers were'nt working so when I filled the washer res I noticed it was starting to leak. Being late at night and dark I found that a pipe had totally come away from the attached tank.... Can someone guide me as to the best way to fix this.... New piping and valve?
